Questions for Project 3 Reading

1. Based off the idea that that experiences with certain noises form our perception of unfamiliar sounds, does each person use different identifying words when forced to describe common sounds?

2.   In music the pitch creates pleasant experiences, while in everyday listening we use sound to analyze our surroundings.  How does our brain determine which way to analyze each sound in our surrounding?
